These pathways are not performance spaces — they are development journeys.

Lead prayer sessions and grow in spiritual maturity, sensitivity, and leadership.

Growth Focus: Consistent prayer life, spiritual discernment, confidence in leading others, scriptural grounding

✨ Facilitation & Hosting

Develop communication and leadership skills by guiding and hosting sessions.

Growth Focus: Public speaking, leading discussions, clarity of thought, confidence in structured facilitation

✨ Creative & Content Creation

Use creativity to communicate the heart, vision, and impact of the community.

Examples: Writing and poetry, voiceovers, video creation and editing, graphics and design, storytelling
